It's Summer time, and the days are getting hot! Here are some of our favorite plants that can take the heat and bring the blooms all season long:

Picture

Pink Drift Rose

Botanical Name: Rosa 'Meijocos'

Low-growing, distinctive deep pink flowers feature a faded center. Abundant blooms throughout the season. Disease-resistant, easy care, combines well with flowering perennials.

Meadow Sage

Botanical Name: Salvia nemorosa 'Ostfriesland' EAST FRIESLAND

Purple stems and violet-purple flowers blooming from June to September. Attractive to butterflies and bees.

Dwarf Spirea

Botanical Name: Spiraea x bumalda 'Anthony Waterer'

Showy blooms from late spring to mid-summer, and intermittent re-blooming throughout the growing season. Foliage emerges red-purple in spring, turning blue-green in summer and red in fall.

Catmint

Botanical Name: Nepeta racemosa 'Walker's Low'

Hardy perennial tolerates a range of light and soil conditions, reliable persistent blooms from spring to fall. Silvery foliage adds interest to perennial borders even when blooms are not at their peak.
